Service was fine. Technition was pleasant and informative. Was somewhat surprised being told I was expected to pay him today as I was usually instructed that I would be mailed a bill. I did insist on a copy of the invoice which he then had to email to me I printed on my own printer to satisfy my request. I guess I feel like if I am on your yearly maintenance program you should trust me to pay a bill mailed to me.
