I first contacted Camflo in January 1 week before we were going on vacation. My old furnace would intermittently shut down and I didn’t want that to happen while we were gone for a week in the middle of winter so I called to schedule a service call.Trevor sent a technician the next day and he discovered a clogged secondary heat exchanger on my 25 year old furnace and recommended replacing. When I talked to Trevor about replacing my furnace before leaving for vacation he assured me he could work us in. He came out and measured my house windowsetc. and went back to his office to work up 4 estimates which he emailed to me the same afternoon. We were supposed to be leaving on Wednesday Trevor had us scheduled for installation on the Tuesday before. He called me Monday morning and ask if it would be alright to come a day early! On a day when the high was only 10 degrees the camflo crew removed my old furnace and had the new one installed and operating by late afternoon. So happy I didn’t have to cancel my vacation!
