Our old furnace had to be replaced because the old gas control valve was defective and replacements are no longer available. One of your techs discovered the problem during a routine seasonal checkup/tuneup & cleaning. Please look up his name because he potentially saved our house – and maybe our lives! If the old pilot had gone out, the old valve would not have shut off, which could have led to a catastrophic explosion.
