“Finally, It works! After several months and a dozen replacement parts on recall the Camflo tech figured it out. We bought our new home with a furnace that wouldn’t ignite. This was just the start of a problem that uprooted many other issues that were fixed as they were identified. Now we are running in the heat pump as it is supposed to and we will be seeing a much lower gas bill as a result. I waited to give this review because I couldn’t believe it was actually fixed. Great job and I would refer the team at Camflo for any issues that you can’t get solved.”

“Our experience with Camflo has been amazing. We chose Camflo to install our new furnace when our old one went out. They laid out multiple options with varying price ranges for us to choose from, and provided plenty of explanation as to all of the options. Every time somebody came to our house, we received a text message with a name and photograph of who would be coming to our house. The install was somewhat complicated, to no fault of their own. They put in the time and made sure it was correct. About two months after the install, there was an issue with our existing pipe that allows the drainage. Since our unit was brand new, they made this a priority and made it right – again. Their customer service is top notch. They are honest and hardworking. I highly recommend them.”

“Furnace had been acting odd. At the last maintenance (a while back) I mentioned a flashing code which kept reappearing-the tech. at that time says something about keeping an eye on it. I figured it must not be a big deal. I called and was pleased that a tech. got out here the next day.The tech. listened to me, and spent a considerable time,and conferred with someone, and figured out that the gas valve was faulty.He adjusted things so it would run,and got a new part ordered. This visit was very good,but I gotta wonder how long that valve was bad. some of that is on me-I should have had someone in here last year. I will say I trust the CAMFLO people absolutely.”
