“We were in a pickle when our 30+ year old furnace went out five days before leaving on vacation. Reuben provided us simple explanations on the different plans and options which made our decision on replacing our heating and air system easy and effortless. Our old house, old system, and time crunch put some pressure on Sheldon and Jarrad. They were prompt, respectful, and worked hard to get our heat on before we had to leave. We went on vacation with the peace of mind that, because of the professionalism and knowledge of Sheldon and Jarrad, our house would stay warm while we were gone. They returned promptly after we got back to finish up on some things that our time crunch didn’t allow for. When we had some questions about our thermostat, Marcus was at our house within an hour of calling the office to troubleshoot and answer all our questions. We received an email from Nipsco regarding them needing some additional information for our rebate. Before we had even read the email, Sydney had the requested documents handled for us. We are so pleased with our decision to go with Camflo for our replacement heating and air system. We really can’t say enough good things about everyone we encountered and will definitely recommend Camflo to anyone with heating or cooling needs!”

Everyone from the Advisors to the Repair/Installation team worked to meet my needs and also communicated to the Mediation Team to complete the repairs needed to my home. “We actually had a furnace and air replaced. Sheldon and the folks working with him did a great job ( I am sorry I don't remember the other guy's names). There are a couple of tweaks that need to happen but was very impressed with how conscientious all of the guys that worked on our system were. It has been a pleasant experience all the way through from talking with Jordan to select the correct system for us through the installation. Our installation had some challenges and took longer than was expected but we were never left with no heat on cold nights even though they had to work very late into the evening. I appreciate their dedication to doing a good job. I went to the customer appreciation event and talked with other customers and more of the employees at the different stations. I am very pleased with choosing Camflo and look forward to a comfortable house now.”

“We were chosen to receive a cooling system from their summer giveaway. What a blessing this was as our old system went out a few years ago. The installers were very friendly and knowledgeable . They took the extra step to lay down material to be able to walk in and out, while protecting our flooring. They cleaned up after the job was completed. “Minus a few hiccups, that come along with every project, everything was spectacular. Fast and friendly. From start to finish it was an easy experience and I will never use anyone else. Every issue was resolved to my satisfaction and the boys were very respectful to my family and pup. They even brought over portable air conditioners for a few days will the A/C was out. Great people and great company. If you’re on the fence go with these guys, you won’t be disappointed.”
